The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective legal retention period. After the expiry of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment or initiation of the contract.
The website is hosted at
all-inkl.com (Germany). When you access the pages, information is automatically stored in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
These data are not combined with other data sources.
Interactions with our website are tracked using cookies and the technologies listed below to enable us to customise them for you. Cookies are small files that are stored on your hard drive. This enables easier navigation and a high degree of user-friendliness of our website. Of course you can also view our website without cookies, but a restriction of its functionality cannot be excluded. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard disk by selecting "Do not accept cookies" in your browser settings.
We use a third-party service, JotForm, to provide us with customisable forms. Any information you enter onto an Acts 29 form is stored on the JotForm website before being emailed to an Acts 29 email address, which uses a third-party service, G Suite by Google. The forms we use may be a booking form for an event, a survey, questionnaire or quiz. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our web forms, we will be up-front about this. As a database we use "Airtable", provided by the US company Formagrid Inc, 769 Dolores Street San Francisco, CA 94110 United States. We have concluded a contract with this company. This is a contract with EU standard contractual clauses, in which Airtable undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection regulations and in particular not to pass it on to third parties. If you are 14 years old or even younger, we will need your parents/ legal guardian's consent before you submit data via our services. It is not allowed to submit data without such consent. If we receive any such data, we will stop processing this data as soon as we are informed.
